State Police Contacting Employers About UI Breach

After investigation by the Michigan State Police (MSP), it was determined that no data was accessed or viewed outside those who have been given authority to do so. 

Nevertheless, out of an abundance of caution, the MSP has contacted employers who may have had the opportunity to view this information.  Employers are being asked to complete an affidavit identifying whether they viewed the exposed data, listing employees who have UIA password access and confirming that any unauthorized information has been destroyed.
